How to use it?

- Its usage is very simple, just grab the ring from both side, then pull them apart until the ball is free, wear it, then put the ball between both of the side and pull them again until you hear its click. 

How to know your size?

- If you wear it in your nose piercing, you could wear 8mm, or 10 mm, it depends your hole place. 

- For Lip and Septum piercings, 8 mm and 10 mm will suit your piercings.
