How do you know your size?
- If you have a fresh piercing, the 10mm will be perfect for you to wear to easiest your healing process. Your first 2 months are the safe period for you to wear this length. 
- 8mm is the standard size. If your piercing healed completely fine then the 8 mm will fit well. Moreover, this size will be perfect for you when you down size your ring after your first 2 months. 
General Instructions: 
- Our product is Nickle-free, as it may cause irritation around your piercing place.
- Surgical Steel material does not react with the body and does not change color. 
- We only recommend the most common sizes for you but feel free to choose any size you desire. 
- Sold individually, not in pairs.
